Body Gospel 90 day Challenge
Fit & Well In 2012

 

  • Donna agrees to become your Virtual coach thru social networking. You will sign up thru Wanda Payton at wanda.payton@donnarichardson.com. Donna will send information to help you achieve your goals via email, social networking (i.e. Twitter, Facebook) and weekly calls to empower, encourage and enforce good habits towards your success.

  • Before & After photos

    • Day 1 photo–shorts / t-shirt or other athletic/workout wear

    • Day 90 – a more fitted outfit (your choice)

  • At the end of the 90 days - If you choose to have your story inspire others we will obtain permission to use your motivational accounts to fitness.

  • You must work out 5 days a week 30 – 60 minutes per day. You must eat healthy and follow the Body Gospel program.
